Three basic services to help you get started

The first service (in Pointe-Claire only) will help you select a device and/or software that suits your needs. It includes the following :

• Demonstration of software designed for seniors.
• Demonstration of various types of Computers, Tablets, eReader and Smartphones.
• Review of peripheral devices (mouse and touchpad ) and the touch screen versus standard screens.

This service applies only to seniors living in a public or a private residence or members of an organization that provide services to seniors. The above demonstration is free of charge. Contact Sylvia Robert, to set up a session. 

The second service provides PC Repairs at reduced rates. The listed PC Repair Service will also sponsor a monthly Tech Solutions Event that will inform you on the following :

• The pros and cons of various devices.
• Keeping your Cell Phone and Internet costs under control.
• Information on security (password management, email and Internet browsing).

The third service is for seniors residing in a building with subsidized rent. It includes the following :

• Installation of your router and/or the configuring of your computer, tablet or eReader.
• An overview of the essential functions of your particular device.
